RSM — Riley Stenjem Motorsports was built on a lifelong passion for racing and speed. Riley began his racing career at just 12 years old, and that passion has only continued to grow. Over the years, he has competed in a wide range of divisions, including Go-Karts, Midwest Trucks, and INEX Legend Cars. Today, Riley competes in Super Late Models and Limited Late Models. Stenjem Motorsports has achieved significant success along the way, highlighted by a 2021 TUNDRA Super Late Model Series Championship and recognition as one of seven finalists in the Alan Kulwicki Driver Development Program in both 2022 and 2023.

 

Riley, 26, is a Suspension Design Engineer at Astemo Americas and a 2023 graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His pursuit of engineering was a natural path, driven by a deep dedication to understanding the physics and mathematics behind building a winning race car; an advantage that sets him apart on and off the track. A 2018 graduate of Cambridge High School, Riley was a straight-A student, a member of the National Honor Society, and actively involved in numerous academic programs, while also serving as a varsity basketball team captain.

 

Riley is deeply committed to his sport, constantly seeking opportunities to learn more about how his car performs across the variety of tracks he competes on. He prioritizes seat time and practice whenever possible and regularly pits for fellow drivers at major Super Late Model events across the country. Through these experiences, Riley continues to expand his knowledge while giving back to the racing community that has played such a vital role in his journey.
